We assimilate all Key information before submitting cases for funding approval and provide regular updates to all the key stakeholders throughout the process. We have a large panel of expert litigation lawyers seeking good quality work, with a global reach.
Join IntroducerHub and your cases will be fast tracked. We will review each and every case within 48 hours and revert with initial thoughts. We will arrange a meeting to discuss case strengths and weaknesses etc, agree a project plan and start the funding process.
If lawyers are already selected, we will work with them and you to complete a full funding proposal ready for submission. If expert legal representation is required Audley Capital will recommend one of its specialist LawyerHub members to assist.
We have identified two types of case originators:
Single Case Origination: The occasional case that requires further investigation and full legal analysis. We will work with you to review a case and identify key strengths and weaknesses.
This may well involve referring to one of our LawfirmHub members for assistance and legal analysis if required. Complete our questionnaire and we will respond with initial thoughts and any assistance that we can provide. We are here to help you and your clients.
Case Originators: We work with originators all the time. We are here to fund your cases and provide an in-depth service to you and your clients. Whether lawyers have already been appointed or not, we will work with you to assimilate all key information and data to establish a funding proposal that will maximise opportunity and success.
